As summer winds down (it's technically still summer for another couple weeks!), we're still doing everything we can to keep it going. Grilling these scrumptions pork tenderloins is the perfect way to do it.
Hoe. Lee. Kow.
The marinade makes them so tender and juicy, I can't even begin to describe it.
Of course, The Hubster is a master on the grill which helps a ton.
I'm sick about the fact that I was baking something and multitasking as usual, and didn't get a pic of those beautiful tenderloins as they were on the grill, or waiting patiently to be carved. That's the hardest part of this whole recipe, waiting to carve. These wouldn't be anywhere near as juicy if they're carved just after being taken off the grill.
Resist the urge.
I did keep a bit of the marinade aside before I put it in the zipper bag with the tenderloins.
It is delicious drizzled over the meat once it's done cooking.
Even better.....leftovers. I could hardly wait for lunch the next day.
